Dockworks is a new independent UK supplier of office and desk tech: monitors, docks, keyboards, mice, webcams, headsets, KVM switches and cables. We are run by Mohammed Saber Uddin, a sole trader based in London.
Why we started
Buying a dock or a monitor online is a guessing game. The listing rarely tells you whether the cable will actually drive your screen, or whether your laptop's USB-C port can take a dock at all. We built Dockworks to close that gap. Every product page is written around laptop compatibility, not just specifications.
How we work
At checkout you tell us the make and model of your laptop. We check the port type, the power delivery and the screen limit before your order is dispatched. If something we sent does not connect first time, we pay the return postage both ways, and we sort out a working alternative.
What we sell
Our range covers monitors, USB-C and Thunderbolt docks, keyboards, mice, webcams, headsets, KVM switches and cables, laptop bundles tested on a named laptop family, and meeting room kits. We also put together trade and rollout packs for IT teams, delivered to one address on one invoice.
Honest about who we are
We are a small, new business. We do not claim years of trading history, industry awards or a large customer base we have not yet earned. What we offer instead is a straightforward compatibility check on every order and a fair returns policy if that check turns out to be wrong.
