Tracking
All deliveries are tracked. You receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Checking your laptop before dispatch
Give us your laptop make and model at checkout. We check the port type, the power delivery and the screen limit before your order is dispatched, so it connects first time.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, note this on the delivery record and email us photos within 48 hours. If a tracked parcel has not arrived within 5 working days, contact us and we will chase it.
Old equipment and recycling (WEEE)
As a distributor of electrical equipment, we take back an old item of the same type when you buy a new one from us, or we can point you to a local recycling point near you. Please do not put electrical items or batteries in your household waste. Contact us to arrange a take back or to ask about recycling near you.
